COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This course extensively and thoroughly prepares students to give concrete reasons for their faith. Whether called to evangelism or desiring to avoid being caught off-guard, students taking this course are enabled to confidently discuss their faith with others.
The orderly, comprehensive and down-to-earth style makes the study both highly informative and easily-understood.
Topics covered include: answering life’s big questions, fallacies and logic, cosmic issues, intelligent design, the origin of life, evolution, relativism, miracles, the historic reliability of Jesus, eyewitness testimony of Jesus, the reliability of the New Testament, the resurrection, the divinity of Jesus, Jesus’ perspective on the Old Testament, the issue of evil and more.

Frank Turek
Dr. Turek is a dynamic speaker and award-winning author or coauthor of four books. As the President of Cross Examined, Frank presents powerful and entertaining evidence for Christianity at churches, high schools and at secular college campuses that often begin hostile to his message. He hosts a weekly TV program, and a radio program which airs on 186 stations each week, and has debated several prominent atheists including David Silverman, president of American Atheists. Turek was an aviator in the U.S. Navy, has a master’s degree in Public Administration from George Washington University and a doctorate in Philosophy of Religion from Southern Evangelical Seminary, and has taught Leadership and Management at George Washington University.

Dr. Norman Geisler has taught theology, philosophy, and classical Christian apologetics on the graduate and undergraduate level for over 50 years and authored or co-authored over 100 books. He has served as a professor at Trinity Evangelical Seminary and Dallas Theological Seminary. Education: William Tyndale College, Wheaton College, Northwestern University, Loyola University.
