Robert H. Stein is senior professor emeritus of New Testament interpretation at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky; previously at Bethel Seminary. A world-renowned scholar of the Synoptic Gospels, he has authored several books including A Basic Guide to Interpreting the Bible, Studying the Synoptic Gospels, Luke, and Jesus the Messiah; and a commentary on Mark & Luke in the Baker Exegetical Commentary on the New Testament. PhD, Princeton Theological Seminary.
