CTSP603‒ Biblical Examinations of Christian Demonization: Description

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

This course offers rigorous biblical examinations of the theology of demons, principalities, and powers.

Drawing on the scholarship of C. Fred Dickason, Th.D. (Dallas Theological Seminary) — who served on the faculty of Moody Bible Institute for 34 years as professor and chairman of the Theology Department — students engage in a broad range of related New and Old Testament passages from multiple points of view.

Through close hermeneutical study of these passages, coupled with theological considerations and clinical and case studies, students explore this topic with scholarly depth.

The course also addresses defense against and deliverance from demonization in general.
